2022 Owensboro (Ky.) quarterback Gavin Wimsatt‍ is quickly becoming a national name and he's one of just two signal-callers Notre Dame has offered at this point. 

The 6-foot-3, 200-pounder isn't letting the COVID-19 pandemic slow his recruitment down as he's released a second workout video to showcase his talent. 

Wimsatt shows off his footwork, quick release and effortless throwing motion while also showing he has plenty of juice to push the ball downfield.
