It’s easy to look at this performance by Notre Dame and not view it as dominant. They weren’t as efficient running the ball despite averaging 5.2 yards per carry before sacks. They were as explosive in the passing game as they were against Pitt, although Javon McKinley did have two receptions of over 30 yards.

But seven of ten drives reaching the red zone is dominant. Dominance in the red zone was a different story.
