Notre Dame football coach Brian Kelly spoke following the 31-17 win over North Carolina.

On the win:
"Really great win on the road against an outstanding opponent in North Carolina. Prolific offense, our defense was outstanding, especially in the second half. One of those road wins that really shows the metal of your football team. Offense, defense was outstanding.
