Recruitment Rundown
It wasn’t dramatic recruitment for Fisher as he was the third commitment in the 2021 recruiting class as he committed just hours after defensive lineman Gabriel Rubio. Georgia, Michigan and Ohio State all had his attention as points in his recruitment, but the relationship with Jeff Quinn proved to be too much for any program. Fisher went to work on the recruiting trail as he quickly became the face of the class with his recruiting efforts. In fact, Fisher is likely the most aggressive commit Notre Dame has ever had.

Fisher is the best offensive line prospect Notre Dame has signed since I’ve been doing this for ISD. He has the power and mentality of a mauler in the run game and shockingly light feet and balance in pass protection for someone his size.

He’s someone who has the traits to play left tackle for the Irish, but could easily slide in an be a standout guard as well. Already big and strong enough to compete early in his career, he’s a safe bet to start for multiple seasons. There just aren’t many players his size who can move as efficiently as he does. He has all of the tools to develop into one of the best in college football.
