Notre Dame TE Tommy Tremble Declares for NFL Draft

January 6, 2021

Notre Dame tight end Tommy Tremble has declared for the 2021 NFL Draft and will
continue the tradition of the program being “Tight End U”.

The Georgia native recorded 35 receptions for 401 yards and four touchdowns over the last two seasons for the Fighting Irish.

Tremble has shown he can be effective in the passing game, but NFL teams are excited about his future in the run game. The 6-foot-4, 250-pounder will be the best blocking tight end in the draft, as Tremble showcased that for 12 games in 2020.

In talking to NFL sources, Tremble won't go in the first round, but he'll be drafted as scouts love his nasty attitude and willingness to block. Tremble is also a kid who could blow up the NFL Combine if invited.

Tremble was also named honorable mention All-ACC.
