Last month, Ty Simpson announced he’d be focusing on 10 schools, but the elite 2022 quarterback prospect from Tennessee had one other program from which he was hoping to receive an offer.
That one arrived on Friday when Notre Dame extended an offer to the 6-foot-2, 190-pounder.
