The board has shaped up quite nicely for Notre Dame on the defensive side of the ball as the recruiting calendar heads into the spring.

There’s no secret new defensive coordinator Marcus Freeman has provided Notre Dame with some momentum on the recruiting trail and the Irish are trending in the right direction with several prospects due to the efforts of the Irish coaching staff.
