Highlights | No. 14 Notre Dame 6 Valparaiso 3

No. 14 Notre Dame (10-3, 9-3) had its first non-conference game of the season on Tuesday night as Valparaiso (4-10, 0-0) came to Frank Eck Stadium. 

The Irish struggled at the plate for most of the game, but found enough offense to win 6-3 behind two home runs from Niko Kavadas. 

Link Jarrett used five pitchers, who combined for 16 strikeouts in the win. 

Notre Dame will now turn its attention to a huge weekend series as the Irish will host No. 7 Louisville starting Friday at 4:00pm.
