Jack Luttrell had some preliminary contact with Notre Dame last week, but the 2023 Georgia athlete didn’t expect it to materialize into an offer for at least a couple months.
He was wrong.
Through assistant Nick Lezynski, the Irish extended an offer on Wednesday.
The 6-foot-1, 185-pounder from Hebron Christian Academy also has an offer from Arkansas.
The Irish are recruiting him as a safety, which is his position of preference.
