2021 NFL Draft | OL Robert Hainsey Drafted by Tampa Bay

Notre Dame saw its third offensive lineman come off the board in the 2021 NFL Draft as Tampa Bay drafted Robert Hainsey with the 95th pick overall. 

The two-time captain saw action in 46 career games for the Irish and made 34 starts for the Irish. 

Hainsey earned a spot in the rotation at right tackle as true freshman and then went on to every game he played for the rest of his career. 

The Pittsburgh native did miss the final four games of the 2019 season due to injury. 

Hainsey finished second on the team with an overall blocking grade of 89.6 in 2020, per PFF. 

Rated as a four-star prospect coming out of IMG Academy (Fla.), Hainsey chose the Irish over Miami, Michigan, Michigan State, Ohio State and many others.
