2021 NFL Draft | Baltimore Drafts DE Daelin Hayes

Daelin Hayes is the newest edge defender for the Baltimore Ravens after being drafted 117 overall in the 2021 NFL Draft. 

Hayes played in 53 games over his five years at Notre Dame and made 24 starts for the Irish. 

The Michigan native ends his Notre Dame career with 97 tackles, 20.5 tackles for loss, 9.0 sacks, two forced fumbles, one fumble and one interception. 

In 2020, Hayes was named a captain and won the Freddie Solomon Community Spirit Award for his work in the South Bend community. 

Hayes, a five-star prospect, played in less than 10 games in high school due to a shoulder injury and decommitted from USC before choosing Notre Dame.
