Last week, Archbishop Carroll High School head football coach Rob Harris got 2023 Washington, D.C. athlete Nyckoles Harbor and Notre Dame assistant coach Mike Elston on the phone.
“Me and Coach Mike had a really good conversation about grades, athletics, about family a little bit, and then he told me that I had received an offer,” Harbor told Irish Sports Daily.
