Jaden Hart‍ has seen his recruitment get off to a fast start.

The 2024 Indiana running back already has offers from Syracuse, Iowa State, Minnesota and Purdue.

“It's great right now just knowing that I've accomplished this much, but there's still more to come and more that I've got to work for, so just staying humble,” the 6-foot, 190-pounder said.

The Michigan City native camped at Notre Dame this summer and had the chance to speak with Irish running backs coach Lance Taylor.

“I loved the camp experience,” he said. “They let us work in all the facilities and in the indoor field, and outdoor field. The whole atmosphere; the coaches loved me and I just loved the whole atmosphere of the program.

“After the camp, Coach Taylor had a talk with me and told me that he wanted me to make it to as many games as I can.”

He’ll make the less-than-a-hour drive down to South Bend again this weekend to see the Irish play Cincinnati.

“This will be my first one that I'm going to,” he said. “Cincinnati is a good opponent and I just want to see the whole atmosphere, how they warm up and everything because I haven't been there for a game and been on the field.

“I just want to go there, see the atmosphere, see how the crowd reacts to the game, just get a whole feel for what I could potentially be playing for in a couple of years.”

Notre Dame has had Hart’s attention for a while now.

“Since it's close to home, Notre Dame has been a place that I've always loved,” said Hart. “I've loved the players that have went there like Jaylon Smith. Right now, I've been looking at Kyren Williams because he's in my position.”

Hart already took visits to Purdue and Iowa State this Fall.
