2023 QB Avery Johnson Recaps Notre Dame Return

Avery Johnson‍ returned to South Bend this weekend for the first time since the 2023 Kansas quarterback landed an offer from Notre Dame following a camp performance in July.

“Everything went good,” the Maize High School star said.

“We had a lot of fun. We got there a little bit late and we walked in and first thing we did was talk to Coach (Tommy) Rees. We kind of just caught up a little bit. He got to talk to me and the rest of my family.
