Now That the Results Are In

Now that the nine assistant coaches seem to be in place, how did Brian Kelly do?  What do you think of the hires?  Here are my thoughts.  

In the end, when the dust settled, Brian Kelly sure made some big changes to his staff and his program.  Many were not sure how many changes, if any, were coming, but Kelly obviously saw some problems and addressed them.  I think he did quite well, and better than I expected.
