Notre Dame safeties coach Chris O'Leary spoke following Tuesday's practice as the Irish prepare for Oklahoma State in the Fiesta Bowl.

On what he learned during his first recruiting cycle as safeties coach:
"It just reconfirmed that relationships are everything. Building those relationships with guys and building them over a long period of time is what allows you to have success and sustain success in recruiting.
