Notre Dame isn’t quite finished with recruiting the Class of 2022 and 2022 wide receiver Justius Lowe‍ isn’t quite finished with his recruiting process.

The Irish signed 21 prospects on National Signing Day, but are still looking at receivers after CJ Williams and Amorion Walker bailed out of commitments in December.
