Caleb Downs‍ has clearly been one of Notre Dame’s top targets in the Class of 2023 for about a year now.

The Irish got the elite Georgia safety to campus twice, including once for a game last fall.

Notre Dame is continuing to build relationships with the Mill Creek High School star and the most recent show of force was Marcus Freeman and Chris O’Leary’s stop by the school late last month.
