Video | Mike Brey Updates Status of Nate Laszewski, Paul Atkinson Jr. & ACC Standings
On Tuesday, Notre Dame basketball coach Mike Brey spoke as the Irish prepare to host Louisville.
Brey addressed where senior forward Nate Laszewski stands with the injury he suffered in Saturday's win against NC State.
Sophomore Matt Zona has been a focus in practice as Brey stated, the New Jersey native will likely be next in line off the bench if Laszewski is unable to play.
Senior Paul Atkinson Jr. has found a new comfort level as he came away with the ACC Player of the Week. Brey spoke highly of those around Atkinson allowing him the Yale transfer to get involved. Atkinson has also learned how to play with more physicality over the season.
Brey discussed the new first place status at the top of the ACC.
