Lipscomb Academy (Tenn.) cornerback Kaleb Beasley is one of the most coveted prospects in the 2024 recruiting class and he's set to have a busy spring.

The Nashville native just wrapped up basketball and will now start making visits along with 7-on-7 tournaments and camps.

"It's going well," Beasley told ISD. "We just finished basketball last Thursday. I've been training for football and doing 7-on-7 for Cam Newton, so everything is going well."

Beasley made the trip to Notre Dame in the fall and left with an offer from the Fighting Irish.

The early offer meant a great deal to the 5-foot-11, 175-pounder and Beasley will return to Notre Dame next month.

"It's really good," Beasley said of his communication with Notre Dame. "I've been calling the coaches every week and talking it up. It's really busy right now with spring break and all these 7-on-7 tournaments, but I found a date to get up there. I'll be there on April 2nd.

"I'll be at Central Florida on the 15th or 16th. I have Oklahoma on March 26th. That's it for right now."

The conversations with cornerbacks coach Mike Mickens have been good and they've involved Beasley and his family.

"He's really cool. He always loves talking to me and family and asking how we're doing," explained Beasley. "I feel the relationship is really good. We're always talking about something, whether it's football, basketball, or school."

Notre Dame will have competition as Arkansas, Florida, Penn State and the home-state Vols are coming hard for the Lipscomb Academy star.

Beasley isn't in a hurry to make a decision and will use his spring visits and summer camps to get a better feel for each school.

"I feel I'm getting a better feel for them all," said Beasley. "I've only been to Notre Dame once, so getting a feel for all the schools is important. I'll be back to schools in the summer too."
