Notre Dame had hinted about St. Patrick’s Day potentially being a special day for Peter Jones, but when the 2024 Pennsylvania offensive lineman learned he was being offered a scholarship by the Irish last Thursday, he was still surprised.
“I was talking to Chad Bowden earlier that day and the day before,” the 6-foot-6, 296-pounder told Irish Sports Daily.
