Anyone who follows Notre Dame recruiting will know that wide receiver is clearly the most important position for the Irish in 2023.  Signing just one target last year means the Irish are in the wideout business in 2023, and the ND coaching staff have been hot on the trail since Marcus Freeman has been named head coach at Notre Dame.
