As promised, Marcus Freeman is going to go after the top players in the country, convinced he can expand the base of Notre Dame targets.

The first-year Irish head coach is certainly going after the nation’s best players and last month, they extended a scholarship offer to one such target in Tavoy Feagin‍.

“It was truly a blessing,” Feagin said.
