2023 WR Joshua Manning Talks Notre Dame Offer

Joshua Manning‍ hadn’t heard a ton from Notre Dame until the last week or so, when the Irish reached out to the 2023 Missouri wide receiver to let him know they’d be coming to check on him.

Notre Dame offensive coordinator Tommy Rees made his way to Lee’s Summit High School on Wednesday and left a scholarship offer for the 6-foot-2, 195-pounder.

“He loved my film and he offered me,” Manning said of Rees.

“I was shocked, honestly. I was surprised.
