Notre Dame baseball is quickly gaining the respect of the country and the baseball world for its efforts over the last two weekends. 

Are the Irish playing at a higher level? Yes. There is no question. 

But it still shows the issues with the baseball selection process and even the polls as anyone who watched Notre Dame play this year (or even last year) would know Link Jarrett’s club has been playing at a high level for 2.5 years.
