College football recruiting has finally hit the dead period and coaching staffs across the country will step away from the office to refresh before fall camp starts. 

This recruiting cycle has been different for Notre Dame, but also nationally as recruits enter the NIL era, kids are past being forced into decisions without being able to visit (COVID) and recruiting seems as important as ever to programs across the country.
