Elite 2023 S Caleb Downs On Notre Dame & What's Next

Caleb Downs‍ has completed his official visits…well at least most of them.

“They went very good, as expected,” the elite 2023 Georgia safety said.

Downs took officials to Notre Dame, Georgia, Alabama and Ohio State last month.

“They’re making it a tough decision,” the 6-foot, 180-pounder told Irish Sports Daily.
