Notre Dame has officially extended the 2023 quarterback board as Dripping Springs (Texas) star Austin Novosad‍ reported an offer on Monday afternoon after a chat with the Irish staff. 

First things first, the four-star prospect has been committed to Baylor since December, but Novosad has somewhat reopened his recruitment over the last few months following offers from Ohio State and Texas A&M.
