2024 IN RHP Cameron Sullivan Commits to Notre Dame
It’s another day and Notre Dame baseball has another commitment in the 2024 recruiting class as Mount Vernon HS (Ind.) RHP Cameron Sullivan has given his pledge to the Fighting Irish.
The 6-foot-1, 185-pounder is the second pitcher to commit this week as Sullivan joins Michigan RHP Chase Van Ameyde in Shawn Stiffler’s first recruiting haul.
Sullivan had a big summer with Indiana Nitro Gold, including topping his fastball out at 91 mph in July. The Indiana native will also bring a couple off-speed pitches to South Bend as he has a curveball (2381 spin rate), changeup and a slider in the low 80s.
The Mount Vernon star finished the summer with a perfect 5-0 record in 23.0 IP while striking out 43 while only allowing a 0.92 batting average and just two runs given up.
