Highlights | Blake Wesley Makes NBA Debut for San Antonio Spurs
Former Notre Dame guard Blake Wesley made his NBA debut on Friday for San Antonio just five days after he and fellow rookie Malaki Branham were assigned to the G-League.
Wesley scored 10 points, which included the South Bend native going 2-for-3 from deep as the Spurs beat the Bulls 129-124.
The 6-foot-4, 180-pound could be in line for a chance to carve out a role moving forward as the Spurs released 2021 lottery pick Joshua Primo on Friday.
Wesley final stat line from Friday: 15 minutes, 10 points, 4-for-6 from the field, 2-for-3 from three, four assists and just one turnover.
