2025 ATH Jadyn Robinson Previews Notre Dame Stop
Notre Dame will host a pair of elite West Coast targets for this weekend’s home finale against Boston College in 2024 California receiver Jason Robinson and his brother, 2025 athlete Jadyn Robinson.
Jason has been committed to USC since last September, but has remained open throughout the process while Jadyn’s offer sheet already includes schools like Utah, Arizona and Colorado among others.
After visiting Utah last week, Jadyn is excited about getting to South Bend this weekend to learn more about the program.
“I wanted to take this visit to Notre Dame because they have a new and young great coaching staff,” said Jadyn, who could play receiver or defensive back at the next level.
“The purpose of me taking these visits is to meet the coaches personally, see the facility and school and how things operate.”
Jadyn’s impressions coming into the Notre Dame visit are positive.
“They’ve been known to have a very successful program on and off the field,” he said of the Irish. “And they are an independent University when it comes to football conferences.”
The 5-foot-9, 158-pounder is hoping to learn more about the program and what its attraction is.
“The true history of Norte Dame and what makes people love it so deeply,” he said of what he wants to find out this weekend.
Jadyn says it’s too early to say whether his brother’s ultimate landing spot would make that school more attractive to him.
“My brother and I share the same taste in some things and in other, we are completely opposite,” he acknowledged.
“There’s no way to tell the future as where we may end up as individuals.”
It’s also too early for Jadyn to start naming leaders or favorites.
“I pretty much have my options open because taking these visits exposes me to different environments that I wouldn’t know I was interested if I didn’t see for myself.”
