The Transfer Portal era. 

There has been a ton of good. There has been a ton of bad. It gives student-athletes the ability to control more of their career when the NCAA seems to fail them in most instances. For coaches, it seems like there is more good than bad, but it means every coach in the country is on edge as they recruit their own roster to stay.
