Film Don't Lie: Micah Jones

One thing I always say to myself as an evaluator: never overreact to one day. That goes for the good and the bad. Someone may dominate at a camp and it can influence how I look at him as a prospect. They also can perform poorly and it can go the other way.

Either way, it should only add to evaluation. It shouldn't be a deciding factor on how I grade a prospect. It is only a piece of the puzzle that ultimately goes with the film, which is the ultimate portion of what goes into my assessment.
