2024 Notre Dame TE Commit Jack Larsen "Pumped" For The Future

December 28, 2022

Jack Larsen‍ knows it’ll be his turn to sign his National Letter of Intent next year.

“It's crazy,” the 2024 Notre Dame tight end commit told Irish Sports Daily. “I feel like time's flying. It's crazy to think I'm going to be a senior. I'm pumped.”

And there’s a good chance the Charlotte Catholic (N.C.) High School star will be preparing to go to college around this time next year.

“I'm most likely going to graduate early,” the 6-foot-3, 220-pounder said. “That's the plan right now. I'm looking forward to it. It's going to be fun.

“Just to get up on campus, start classes, start workouts and getting to just kind of know the team a little bit before the season starts, I think definitely helps.”

Larsen was excited to see 2024 Missouri running back Aneyas Williams commit to the Irish earlier this month.

“It's awesome,” said Larsen, who was at Irish Invasion in June, when Williams landed his Notre Dame offer.

“Aneyas definitely adds a big factor to the class. He's a very good running back. I like where it's going and looking to just keep adding onto the class.”

Irish tight ends coach Gerad Parker made his way down to Charlotte Catholic twice in the last month.

“It's huge,” Larsen said of Parker making the time to check on him.

“I love Coach Parker. He's awesome. It's definitely awesome to feel like they're wanting to come by school regularly when they can.”

In-person contact has to be limited right now, but Parker has stayed in regular contact with Parker over the phone as well.

“Just talking about how the season went, how the Bowl game's going to go and about the tight end room a little bit tight end room and some other stuff about how their season went and stuff along that nature.”
