2024 OL Caleb Brewer Looking Forward To Notre Dame Visit

When he was offered by Notre Dame back in December, Caleb Brewer‍ said he would “definitely” visit South Bend.

The 2024 Pennsylvania offensive lineman now has a trip locked in to be in South Bend on March 31st.

“I want to see how the coaches act and how the vibe feels at Notre Dame,” says Brewer. “I want to see the campus, campus life, all that stuff.”

He’s kept in contact with Notre Dame Director of Recruiting Chad Bowden, head coach Marcus Freeman and other staff members.

“They're excited to get me up there,” the Wyomissing High School standout says.

“It definitely makes me feel like I'm important to them and I appreciate that a lot and that's why they're important to me too.”

Brewer had not talked to new Irish offensive line coach Joe Rudolph since his hiring, but has had conversations with him in the past.

“I talked to him when he was at Virginia Tech because I got an offer from them too,” the 6-foot-5, 300-pounder says. “But I haven't talked to him while he is at Notre Dame yet.

“I really liked him. I think he's a good coach, so that's definitely a plus.”

Prior to getting to South Bend, Brewer will take a visit to Pitt.

Sometime after the Notre Dame visit, look for him to cut his list to somewhere between seven and 10 schools in advance of a final decision.

“I'm probably going to make my decision before football season starts.”
