2024 DE TJ Lindsey Eyeing Return To Notre Dame
TJ Lindsey doesn’t have a visit to Notre Dame completely locked in just yet, but the top 2024 Arkansas defensive end tells Irish Sports Daily he has a date in mind.
“I'm looking at April 22nd right now,” he says, referring to the date of the Irish’s spring game.
Lindsey has been keeping in touch with the Notre Dame coaching staff and the message has been consistent.
“The same,” he says. “Really just talking, building relationships.”
The 6-foot-4, 270-pounder from Bryant High School keeps in regular contact with Notre Dame defensive line coach Al Washington, defensive coordinator Al Golden and head coach Marcus Freeman.
Washington has made a solid impression.
“He's been good,” says Lindsey. “We've just been building a relationship.”
Lindsey attended the Irish’s BBQ event last July and is looking forward to getting a better feel for the school and the program when he gets back, potentially for the Blue-Gold Game.
“I'm going to come see what the environment's like on a kind of game day on the 22nd and then more of the campus in depth,” he says.
Lindsey took a visit to LSU this past weekend.
Other potential visits this month include Arkansas, TCU and Texas.
After his round of spring visits, Lindsey will figure out which schools he wants to return to in the summer.
