A lot of people were excited about the commitment of wide receiver Braden Lenzy, but they wanted someone to be next to keep the momentum going in the right direction. Next seemed like it could have been 4 star defensive lineman Malik Vann.

Vann was offered in the spring of last year, before the May evaluation period.
