Top 2025 TE Target Nate Roberts Returning To Notre Dame Today

Just a couple months after visiting Notre Dame for the first time, Nate Roberts‍ is back in town today for another visit.

“Notre Dame's obviously one of my top places, so it's one of my priorities,” the 2025 Oklahoma tight end says. “We definitely need to go see Notre Dame again because Notre Dame will be in my top throughout my whole recruiting process. I just want to make sure that I go and visit them as much as I possibly can.”

The 6-foot-5, 225-pounder boasts a lengthy list of scholarship offers from schools like Notre Dame, Oklahoma, Georgia, Tennessee, Michigan, Penn State, Wisconsin and Oregon among several others.

Irish offensive coordinator/tight ends coach Gerad Parker is one reason Roberts is so high on the Irish.

“Coach Parker is a great guy,” says Roberts. “The whole coaching staff is great. The facilities are great and the way that they use the tight ends is the best out of anyone. The strength staff is awesome and just the tight end production that they've had there is awesome.”

The Washington High School star wants to dig a bit deeper into some of the off-the-field aspects of the University.

“I want to see the academics again,” he says. “Academics will be my big thing and then just spending more time with coaches.”

Prior to Notre Dame, Roberts was at Michigan. He also made visits to Clemson, Georgia, Auburn, Ohio State earlier.

“Those trips were awesome,” he says. “It was good to see those places very top-notch. It was good to see those places and compare those places with other schools that I visited.”

This will wrap up Roberts’ spring visit schedule.

“We're going to call it good after this, so we're just going to focus on football. Then we're going to just take a couple more game visits during season, but we don't know what schools we're going to visit yet.”
