We expected to get some clarity on Notre Dame’s situation at safety in the Class of 2024 soon and it may have arrived on Thursday.

Earlier in the the week, we were informed the Irish would be taking a closer look at a “new guy” and it certainly appears Taebron Bennie-Powell‍ is that person.

The Ohio safety camped in South Bend on Thursday and scored an offer afterward.
