Carson Keeps Focus On The Present

Opponents couldn’t stay away from Daniel Carson forever.

They tried avoiding the 2018 Missouri defensive end, but he caught up with them in the end.

“Teams ran away from him, they didn’t run his way this past year,” William Chrisman High School head coach Matt Perry told Irish Sports Daily.

Perry acknowledged being avoided can be frustrating for a kid, but the 6-foot-5, 265-pound Carson managed to stay patient and it paid off.

“He handles it pretty well,” his coach said.
