Tre' Harrison‍ knows college coaches will be watching him closely this season and that’s just fine with the 2025 California safety.

“I feel like everybody's just waiting on how I'm going to do this season,” the Junipero Serra High School standout says. “People checked in, but are just waiting on how I'm going to do this season.

“I was told by multiple sources that I may have been a little too small and then I took that and ended up working harder in the weight room and reforming my upper body.”

The 6-footer says he’s now checking in between 175 and 180 pounds and is eager for the challenge of proving himself.

“It's just the mindset that I have this year,” he says. “I'm trying to come for it all.”

Harrison has early offers from Notre Dame, Boston College and Colorado State.

He made his way to South Bend for a camp in June.

“It went well, competed well out there, got to get an inside look at the campus,” he says. “Everything was great.”

He says he’ll “probably” return and doesn’t have any trips other schools locked in either. He’s clearly more focused on doing what he needs to on the field this season.

“I'm just going to take it day by day and see what happens,” he says.

Harrison is expecting a big year from himself and his team.

“The goal for me is just to keep making the plays when they're supposed to be made,” he says.

“That's it.”

When it comes to choosing a college, Harrison says he wants to go somewhere he is needed.

“How I can help their program be successful. How I personally can help. I know there are going to be a lot of other guys out there who are great, so it'll come down to me and how I can help.”
