On how Deland McCullough has managed his running back room in 2023:
”It always starts with trust. The connection Coach McCullough has with the guys in the room and the guys in the room trust the decisions we make as a coaching staff and him as the running backs coach are what’s in the best interest of Notre Dame, but also with his players.
