A great game doesn’t make up for the not great games along the way, but let’s just call this performance by the Notre Dame offense a refreshing rewatch.

There was a flow to how the game was called. The Irish found success doing one thing and then took advantage of Wake Forest overplaying that and then getting burned.

This was the best Sam Hartman had played since early in the season.
