Notre Dame Center Zeke Correll Set to Enter Transfer Portal
Notre Dame center Zeke Correll will be the third graduate transfer to leave the Fighting Irish program on Monday as he joins defensive end Nana Osafo-Mensah and receiver Chris Tyree.
As a graduate student in 2023, Correll made 10 starts before suffering a season-ending concussion against Clemson. Correll helped pave the way for Notre Dame’s run game to average 5.3 yards per carry this fall, which ranks No. 7 in program history.
For his career, the Ohio native made 31 starts the Irish, including starting the 2020 College Football Playoff Semifinal against Alabama.
Correll was also part of offensive lines that were Joe Moore Award semifinalists once and Joe Moore Award Midseason Honor Roll twice during this time in the blue and gold.
The 6-foot-3, 306-pounder committed to Notre Dame over Clemson, Ohio State and Stanford in 2018.
