Notre Dame S Ramon Henderson Enters Transfer Portal

On Thursday, Notre Dame safety Ramon Henderson has officially entered the NCAA Transfer Portal as a graduate transfer. 

The 6-foot-1, 196-pounder appeared in 38 games during his time at Notre Dame, which included four starts in 2021. 

Henderson bounced between cornerback and safety at times during his career, but found a home there in 2021. In 2022, Henderson finished his junior year with 23 tackles, two tackles for loss and a sack. 

As a senior, the California native ended the year with 14 tackles, three pass breakups, two forced fumbles, one fumble recovery and a diving interception against Tennessee State. 

Henderson chose the Irish over Cal, Oklahoma and Utah during his recruiting process.
