2026 TE Brock Harris Impressed With Notre Dame Trip

Brock Harris‍ got a pretty good picture of what it would be like to go to Notre Dame during an unofficial visit to South Bend on Tuesday.

“It was really good,” the 2026 Utah tight end told Irish Sports Daily afterward. “I had a really good time.

“We started off with a little workout and we were throwing with the '25 kid who is committed there.”

The Pine View High School star enjoyed working out with Deuce Knight.

“We did testing like a 40, 5-10-5 and broad jump,” Harris explained. “Then we did routes and stuff.

“He can sling it for sure, really strong arm. He's a lefty, so it's a little different, but I like him a lot. He's a really cool guy too. I liked him.”

After that Harris toured campus.

“It was good,” he said. “A lot of history there, so cool to see.”

Notre Dame assistant Marty Biagi joined the tour. Biagi has visited Pine View High School and has been recruiting Harris as well.

“We've talked before and we have a good relationship,” Harris said of himself and Biagi.

And, then he had a meeting with offensive coordinator and tight ends coach Mike Denbrock.

“It was a little different than any other meeting I've had with a coach,” said Harris. “He put my film up and then compared me to some guys who he coached with the same routes that I've run and stuff. It was kind of cool. It was good.”

Harris owns an impressive offer sheet that includes schools like Notre Dame, Alabama, Georgia, LSU, Ohio State, Michigan, Penn State, Oklahoma, Texas, Texas A&M, Oregon, Stanford and USC among several others. 

He heads to Michigan and Michigan State on Wednesday, but would like to get back to South Bend in the fall.

“Hopefully we can make it out to the game,” he said.

His overall impressions of Notre Dame were positive.

“Really good. I like the place, it's really cool. I know they have a good history with the tight end position, so I just wanted to come see it for myself in person.”
