Vince's Practice Report: Offense 4/9

NOTRE DAME, Ind. – The second open practice of the season did not yield the same amount of information as the first, but it was still nice to see the clear direction of the offense moving forward.
Due to temperatures in the mid-30s with wind gusts hitting 20-plus miles per hour, the decision was made to have practice inside the Loftus Center. This was a “shells” practice as well, so it was only helmets and shoulder pads, which led to the lack of solid info in team sessions.
