Notre Dame In The Mix For 2025 Wing London Jemison
Notre Dame offered London Jemison back in December and the Irish have kept in consistent contact with the 2025 small forward ever since.
And he clearly likes what he’s hearing.
The 6-foot-8, 185-pounder is scheduled to take an official to South Bend at the end of September.
“I think London is oozing with talent and as good of a kid and character as it gets,” Expressions Elite founder and head coach Todd Quarles told Irish Sports Daily.
“6-8, long, very fluid, athletic, skilled, smart, and can shoot the basketball, score and also make plays for others.”
Quarles believes Jemison’s greatest improvements will come with time.
“Strength,” he said of where to expect Jemison’s game to grow.
“He's got a great frame and as he matures and gets a little older, he's going to get stronger.”
The St. Thomas More standout also has offers from schools like Louisville, Alabama, Georgetown, Washington, Penn State, Wake Forest, Vanderbilt, Cincinnati, St. John’s, Boston College and Mississippi State among others.
Still, the offer from the Irish certainly caught his attention.
“I think London is a very high academic kid who has tremendous character and a great family,” said Quarles. “So whether it's Stanford, Vanderbilt, Notre Dame, Virginia, Villanova, you could just go on and on, I think whoever gets London is going to be very happy with him.”
