Al Washington Notebook | August 6th

Notre Dame defensive line coach Al Washington spoke following Tuesday's practice. 

On defensive end RJ Oben’s growth since the spring: 
”His comfort of the system. What we do does take some time. I think it’s two-fold: you have to get the information and then you have to actually do it. He’s very far along in that area. I’m pleased. His body, he came in camp at a good weight in good shape and he’s doing a fine job this first block.
