2026 WR William Jones-Terrell Ready For Notre Dame Trip
William Jones-Terrell is starting to get his name out there more and it’s turning into new opportunities for the 2026 Michigan receiver.
Most recently, the 6-foot-2, 188-pounder heard from Notre Dame and is set to be at the Irish’s home opener this Saturday.
“They just texted me because I'm starting to get known,” the Chippewa Valley standout said. “They’ve seen my film and just sent me an invite to the game, telling me to come meet the coaching staff, come have a good time and see what I like about the school.”
Jones-Terrell has an early offer from Michigan State and an early appreciation for what Notre Dame is about.
“It's a really great school; academically, football-wise, just all around,” he said.
Jones-Terrell, who is hoping to begin building relationships with the Notre Dame staff this weekend, is also hearing from several other programs.
“Michigan, Alabama, Western Michigan, Bowling Green, Miami-Ohio, Ole, Miss, Notre Dame, Central Michigan and that's really it,” he said.
“It's really good. Excited to have his name out there.”
He took a trip last weekend and could make a return later in the season.
“I was just at Michigan last Saturday,” he said. “It was pretty good. I might be back at the Michigan vs. USC game.”
College coaches have told him they like his size and football savviness.
“My height, my feel for the game and just being a great player,” he said.
As for what he’ll be looking for in a college, Jones-Terrell has a list.
“Academics, the community and the culture.”
